In the 80s and the 90s, streaming music from the internet is not the way you listen to songs. Instead, you need to buy cassette tapes to be able to listen to your favorite songs. When a new track or album is released, you have to buy the album. Streaming is not possible during those days because the internet is still in its infancy.

·         Downloading will mean hours of waiting. A large file paired with a slow internet connection can take you days before you can finish downloading. If you do not allow this, the stream can be interrupted.

·         You do not need a special equipment for streaming. Basically, you will need three things. One is the computer. The second one is the internet. The third and last one is a player. Your computer may come with a player that you can use for streaming. However, if it does not have one, you can always download one from the internet.
